Rush Creek Apartment

Living here has been a mostly positive experience. Like any apartment community, there are a few areas that could improve, but overall it has been manageable. I do want to acknowledge Courtney, the property manager she has been helpful and professional when I’ve reached out and has done her best to address concerns. Having approachable management definitely helps. With continued improvements, this could be a great place to live.

I’ve had a really good experience living at this community. The property is well-kept, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled in a timely manner. I especially want to highlight the manager, Courtney she is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes a big difference having management that communicates well and follows through. Overall, I’m happy with my experience here and would recommend it.

I’m so grateful for Ms. Courtney Davis! She is phenomenal with her residents! Her and the ladies in the office are so pleasant every time I visit. It’s never a dull moment and I love that she is so informed and understanding. The issue I have experienced in my apartment were taken care of in a timely manner which is exactly what Rush Creek needed!! Thank you Ms. Davis and your team as well!!!

Courtney, Tesla, and Unique have done a tremendous job getting this complex back in order! The front office staff and the maintenance crew are actively working to improve the property everyday, and it shows. Every visit to the office has been pleasant, each complaint heard and addressed swiftly. Thank you again Courtney, Tesla and Unique!
