Running Brook Apartments

I had a great experience touring Running Brook. The property is charming and clearly very well-kept. A huge thank you to the manager, Yosmar, for being so patient and helpful. She took the time to answer every single one of my questions with a smile. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service!

My experience has been great residing here. Amenities are fantastic and well kept. Staff is professional and they have good communication with residents. Yosmar is very helpful and professional. Maintenance work hard to keep the common areas and apartments looking great. New parking implementations are awesome.

I was a resident of this apartment complex for 13 years, and throughout that time, Yoelvis has been by far the most outstanding maintenance professional I encountered. He consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Repairs were always completed thoroughly and efficiently, and he took pride in ensuring the work was done correctly. He was also courteous and respectful at all times. Yoelvis is truly an asset to the community and sets a high standard for maintenance service.

I've had an excellent experience at this condominium. The facilities are always kept clean, the environment is quiet and safe, and the community is very friendly. I want to especially commend the office team for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at all times.
