⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I currently live at Runaway Bay Apartments, and I have mixed feelings. The location is convenient, the community is generally quiet, and the layout of my apartment is the bomb, but there are several areas that need improvement. Maintenance works hard, and are reliable, but it seems like they are stopped from making repairs waiting on “approvals” from IRT. The trash service has been inconsistent even though residents pay for it. There have been many days when trash sits outside, then ends up outside for days, with the dumpster overflowing or inoperable. Lastly, the apartments could benefit from some upgrades like renovating the outside of the units, and some interior renovations like new appliances cabinets, and countertops.
This is a great place to stay. The maintenance team is fantastic, they don’t take days to take care of work orders and they went above and beyond to help, I really love this place. Archie and David always take well care of the units and also I really appreciate Alyssa for her good work in the office and always helping out. Alex and Lacy also are the best! The apartments are nice and spacious and location is convenient!
Katie is so kind she listens and is always very nice to us her smile always is welcoming Alyssa is also great these are the best girls for this property
Going on the third month now still see couple rats dancing in the kitchen!! And my valuable package was stolen from the door from a young lady in a white car yesterday. Attaching a pic in case you know her. At her than that a nice neighborhood and helpful maintenance guys.
Alyssa was very professional, great customer service. She addressed any issues , I had prior to move in .
