Place is amazing. My family loves it there.

This place makes you feel safe and you are at home ,the Landlord Jenny is like a breathe of fresh air she has been my Landlord about 10 years ago she treats everybody with a smile and utmost respect, usually the apartment building takes on the personality of the Landlord and she awesome, its own ny the Burgwynn realtors and I stayed in a previous apartment they owed and they do things the right way , if I could hive this place more stars besides 5 I would.

This place is absolutely disgusting! If I could rate it zero stars I would. Management is rude and tenants are disrespectful. Police are always in and out of here. Don’t let the old pictures on google fool you, take a look for yourself.

Been living here for 3 years. Never had any issues! Jenny is awesome and on her stuff as well as maintenance. Never had to wait on anything to be fixed, always done quick and efficient. Has case manager on site for any assistance or any type of help needed. Definitely would recommend living here!! Only wish they had more than 2 bedrooms available

This place is really nice!!! The lobby is very clean, security is tight ,it smells good except the 3rd floor!!! It's smells like cigarettes !!! But the Unit is high vaulted ceiling, spacious bathroom,has a good size closets,roomy kitchen...
