Majority of tenants smoke cigarettes or weed. No one picks up after their pets and there are multiple tenants that have outdoor cats that use the whole property as litterboxes and leave dead mice and pigeons on the floor that are left for weeks if you don't take care of it yourself. Multiple neighbors have had black mold problems that they sand and paint over. A lot of the times someones place floods so they shut off all the water and sometimes you don't get a notice so if you're showering or need to wash your hands... oh well.

Worst management ever. Was harrassed daily by the owners daughter (also a tenant). She cussed out my wife and threatened her after she made a complaint to the manager about her loud subwoofer going on for hours. Not to mention they are constantly smoking weed and all the surrounding apartment constantly reek of weed. They stole part of our deposit (more than $200) when we moved out, they claimed it was for "cleaning" even though we fixed and replaced all kinds of things and left the place 5x cleaner than when we moved in. We had our doormat stolen 3 times. Homeless are always walking through the complex and hanging out in the laundry rooms. Cupboards are all rotten. cockroaches and ants everywhere. took a month to fix a stove. gas leak when we moved in, we complained and they told us it

Lived here for years. Had zero complaints or issues. Everybody is extremely nice and respectful. Small community. Right next door to the gas station. Management is professional and they fix everything in a timely manner. Never have i felt unsafe here

Quite place even considering its on a main Street. Everyone keeps to themselves. Gated which was what i was looking for. Having a onsite manager is helpful. Lived here for almost 4 years and it was my 1st place. No complaints besides parking is always a struggle (very limited.)

Very scenic place to visit. Everyone is very friendly!
