RTW Rentals

My experience with RTW Rentals has been a major roller coaster! No fault on their end though. I was approved quickly & very smooth process. Carolyn was extremely patient with me and worked with me throughout my difficult situation. But today I finally got my keys & was able to move into my nice 2 bedroom apartment. Kudos to Carolyn for being such an amazing leasing agent & going over & beyond so that my girls & I could finally have a place to call our own. Thank you again! Looking forward to doing years of business with RTW!

I’ve lived in this building for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. A few weeks ago, I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Instead of repairing it properly, maintenance simply covered the hole with plastic and didn’t return for 5 days. During that time, the ceiling collapsed. Thankfully no one was in the bathroom when it happened, but we were unable to use it at all and even had to go to a hotel to use basic facilities. When repairs were finally made, the work was sloppy, left a mess, and the ceiling still appears unsafe. The walls no longer match, and the area looks patched together. When I brought this to management, I was first offered $500( no NDA mentioned), then half a month’s rent—but only if I signed an NDA. I’ve never experienced that from a

Carolyn has been an absolute joy to work with! She walked me through every step thoroughly from the tour to signing my lease and getting my keys. Thank you RTW Rentals for being so patient, understanding and getting me into a rental that works perfect for me!

Carolyn is such an amazing person. She went above and beyond to get me into my place she literally answered the millions questions , then showing me the difference places until I find the perfect apartment. She is very respectful and kind. It was a pleasure dealing with her . I appreciate her so much she was WONDERFUL !!!

From the minute, I called the leasing office Carolyn answered the phone and helped me through the entire process. I did my application on a Thursday, which she FaceTime showed me the unit because I was out of town. It was very simple and very easy she made the whole process simple.
