Stayed there over Christmas and it was so nice. Love the dog run on the 6th level. Bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The views are beautiful out of the large windows. I felt very safe coming and going. Great stay!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We’re coming up on four years of living here, and it’s been an increasingly frustrating experience. First off, many of these five-star reviews seem fake. If you read them, most only mention how great the tour was or praise former leasing agents. That’s likely because they used to offer free rent in exchange for positive reviews. Let’s talk about the elevators. There are three, but at least two are broken down almost every week. If you’re visiting for a tour and keep using the same elevator, it’s probably because the others are out of service. When they do work, they shake violently, they have holes in the floor (yes in the elevator) seems like they tried to put a new layer of plank down in the middle one but the dip has come back. this also is the el

My partner came for a showing and noticed some concerns. The parking garage scenerio may not actually owned and managed by the property and there is a homeless situation downtown and in the skywalks. He mentioned halls and units were clean of debris however felt it was overpriced for a downtown which is basically dead. In the 80s it was vibrant and the former Jaycees sponsored SeniomSed fest was off the chain.

This building allows AirBnB hosts to rent out units to utilize as businesses for profit. We share a wall with an AirBnB and some guests shot a GUN through our apartment last month. The bullet shot through at a fatal location. If I would've been standing in my bedroom at the time I would have been killed. The property management implied that they'd file a police report and instead filed an internal report without notifying authorities. The tenant next door received no consequences. Throughout my years living here I had many annoying issues with the management, but my personal safety is where I draw the line. Would not recommend living here at all.

I have moved in recently and have been very satisfied with the leasing and maintenance team! Ty is so so helpful and genuine, she will remember you by name (which this is a big building) and she goes above and beyond to resolve any concerns or issues. The maintenance team is prompt in answering service requests, will communicate with you about it, and resolves the issue in a timely manner! If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend doing it!
