RT Dairies

Kira was incredibly friendly and welcoming during my visit. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to be helpful and professional. Because of the great experience she created, I would absolutely recommend RT Dairies Apartments to anyone looking for a great community.

I moved in last week and have had a great experience so far! Joshlyn was amazing with touring me around multiple units and answering my many questions! She also was able to execute a super quick move-in date; which I appreciated! Issac and the maintenance team have already resolved three minor issues I had upon moving in within a few hours after submitting the request, definitely top tier maintenance which you don’t find often! The amenities are awesome; and the location is great if you enjoy the Beltline + Madison Yards! I rode a scooter to Ponce and it only took 15 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I love living at the Dairies! I actually re-located from another apartment owned by the same company because I loved the management and how well they took care of things there. It's just as great here. This neighborhood is amazing- near the beltline and a ton of great places to hang out. The building is lovely- I love my interior with tons of natural light and beautiful flooring. The amenities are awesome- who doesn't love PacMan?! I also just had my first experience with the maintenance guys- Isaac and Mike...so friendly and fast!

This property is drop dead gorgeous. Inside the units are luxury finishes that you often see in modern style million dollar homes. The skyline views on the skydeck will be great for working from home or entertaining guest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property sits in a prime time location. Not too far away from the beltline, Ponce, Old 4th ward, piedmont, little 5 points. If you like being near what’s popping then this is definitely the spot to be. Get with Joshlynn. I lived here for almost a year and honestly have mixed feelings about the complex. The pros are that it’s very close to the beltline and restaurants while still remaining affordable, the amenities are nice and pretty well-maintained, and the units themselves are gorgeous and have wonderful storage. My unit faced Memorial Dr, so I never heard any of the noise and music from The Eastern concert venue next door. A few items began to be a huge headache and I’d caution people to consider them before moving in. Parking is an issue here - the gates to get into the reserved portion of the garage are often broken. Given that the building is right next to a concert venue, patrons will often park in the reserved portion (not to mention, Ubers flood the driveway area making it a 20 minute endeavor to
