Just don’t do it is all I can say. Charlie (property manager) is terrible and if you ever need anything done, good luck. She will raise your rent and then lower it for new tenants. Just a typical “landlord special” kind of place where they suck you dry of all of your money. Rent private if you can.

I have rented from Charlie and R&R Properties for almost 4 years, and she is the most responsive and respectful property manager I've ever known. She responds very quickly and professionally and has good connections to get maintenance issues resolved speedily and with good care. The only reason I'm leaving R & R Properties is because I'm buying a house!

Charlie is great. We have been renting from her for almost 2 years and couldn't be more pleased. She is always quick to handle any maintenance requests, and goes above and beyond to keep her tenants well taken care of. If you're looking for a place to live, give R and R properties a call!

Very unprofessional. We got our place in gross shape and even though we did everything on the checkout list when moving, they took most of our security deposit. They scam and raise rent every single year. Everything is a hassle.
