RPM Living - San Antonio

ATTENTION TO ALL REALTORS & APARTMENT LOCATORS. I’m an agent in the San Antonio area. I recently brought a client to one of their downtown properties and secured a condo for them. However, they informed me that the commission is paid within 30 days after move-in. Despite this, it’s been nearly two months, and neither the property manager nor the RPM regional manager has responded to our messages or emails. Please be aware that this is the typical way they operate when taking clients to their properties.

Since moving in, I’ve had recurring billing errors every month. For the last two cycles, I was billed for electric service I do not owe, I’m set up with CPS Energy directly. Despite reporting this repeatedly, I’ve had no email or phone response, and no refunds. I continue to pay in good faith while waiting for credits that never arrive. This has been stressful, time consuming, and shows zero accountability! I would like to be contacted by RPM directly as I've tried every route to get a hold of you all, and dealing with the management who is clearly annoyed with having to help me on these on going issues and things I've requested billing wise. They manage our apartments and they are horrible Update 11/11/2025 Responded right away on google to contact them. Did the same day and still no response or call back. Its transfers, voicemails, emails...Runaround is what it really is!

approximately 4 days ago I made an emergency work order to have my ac unit checked out for repairs because it was not cooling the apt at all I am 60 years old disabled and have a live in aide to care for me which is my son and have been for several yrs now the conditions that we are living in are inhumane I've made numerous calls to management and several emergency work orders and it still has not been repaired at this time I feel at this point I am not gonna get any help I lived on this property for over 7 yrs and never been late on my rent unfortunately I had to call EMS out to my apt for heat exhaustion and my car was illegally towed from my reserved parking spot after being parked in the same spot for 7 years and yes I had all the needed stickers on the windshield and I had to pay to g

I would like to leave a review for the La Sierra apartments in New Braunfels. It's a wonderful complex. The maintenance is great. Orlando does a outstanding job. Always timely. Darlene Valenta, Alyssa and Orlando are awesome !! Our complex is blessed to have them!! If I could I would give them higher than a 5!! Stephanie Rapp #1102
