If I could give RPM Living a -5 star I would!! AVENUE 8 APARTMENTS and The company only cares about money and not keeping the apartment up!! I haven’t had hot water for over 20 days and roaches come out to play every day!! I tried to end my lease, told them I’ll pay what ever I can’t live under these conditions but they didn’t care!! Save yourself, don’t rent from any apartments that RMP owns!!! Also sent me cease and desist letter saying I can’t go to the office anymore because I complained every day about not having hot water!! Save yourself the time and money and rent from a better company not RMP Living

Ember at north Phoenix is horrible complex. I have had nothing but noise issues with my upstairs neighbor. She's got three damn dogs. I've done nothing but complained to the office. We made an arrangement to get me transferred and yet only wanted to stick me upstairs and charge me way more money in rent. Everything in my apartment's falling apart. My handle to my shower fell off. I put in a maintenance request and haven't heard back from nobody because it's Martin Luther King Day and these people think that they work like federal employees. Apparently. I had asleep on the couch because who can sleep in their bedroom with running water. My front door handle always falls off. $1,500 a month and handles fall off and nobody comes and runs to running water.

To be transparent, I lived at Tides on Southern 2023-2024, and I believe it may have started under a different management company and switched to RPM shortly before or after we moved in. I’m reviewing now because they incorrectly claimed we owed them $60 at move out and then sold this to a collector, preventing my application at a new apartment two years later. I could not get them on the phone to correct this when it happened and was going to let everything go, including our security deposit that they didn’t mention or return, until this was put on my credit report, and I was forced to pay. Long story short; the worst roach infestation I have ever seen and they did little about this; at one point an exterminator was in and out before my roommate could get up to answer the door, and they c

I recently had a busted pipe in the wall in my bathroom after the floor got laid a week before David has been on top of everything 100%. He is an amazing guy in addition to this community at The Vue apartments. He is compassionate and he’s respectful he put in a new toilet for me and fix my faucet and my bathroom drawer that have been broken for a couple years. He is a genuine asset to this property and somebody that we needed for a long time.

ANOTHER WRONGLY CHARGE. You cannot get anyone on the phone. That number is a joke. Every month, this company adds an insurance fee to my rent, even though I have approved renter’s insurance on file. I’ve provided proof multiple times, yet they continue to charge the extra fee. It’s frustrating having to call or email every month to get it corrected. The lack of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable. Tenants shouldn’t have to double-check their rent statement every single month for errors that should have been fixed long ago.
