Royalwood Apartments

Very dishonest on the walk through and made up false claims of smoking inside the apartment. There was zero discourse on their false claims/assessment, and they charged to replace the carpet and paint the walls. I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment complex because of their dishonesty.

Great place to get stiffed the Christianity he throws in your face is a thinly veiled front. You should expect to be shorted at every possible turn got charged for normal wear and tear after 5 years the plumbing was a problem the whole time. Whatever minimum you expect from an apartment is too high a standard for Royalwood Apartments.

Excellent services and top notch Maintenance Engineer on site 5 days a week. Lovely neighborhood. Outstanding environment to be a part of. Quality Manager. Outstanding Financial director at the Royalwood Apts. Honest Clean living. Come and be our neighbors only if you want to be HAPPY!!

Royalwood Apartments has been a great place to live. The grounds are kept nice and clean, The Apartment I am in very nice and spacious with plenty of room to move around. One of my favorite amenities is the large deck and being able to sit out and entertain when the weather allows. I highly recommend looking into living here to others.

Pleasant experience all the way through from applying, touring and renting with Royalwood Apartments. They show care and consideration for tenants and attention to detail and maintain great communication and professionalism. It has been a stress free, comfortable process and a great place to live thus far.
