It was very upsetting to learn that after I recommended these apartments to my friend’s mother, she was ready to move in only to discover the unit was infested with roaches. The office was notified immediately, yet they did little to accommodate her in this situation. They were unwilling to offer her another unit at the same price, and they also failed to provide any meaningful updates regarding what was communicated with corporate. This whole ordeal caused a hiccup in her moving process and forced her to rush to find another apartment at the last minute. If you are considering moving into this property, I strongly recommend having the unit bombed before you sign ANYTHING to move in, as there may be issues with pests that the office does not disclose.

The person who has truly made this property feel like home is Roberto Ayala, the Maintenance Manager. His leadership, kindness, and extraordinary commitment to residents have been the reason my husband and I have chosen to stay here for over two years. Roberto is a rare professional — humble, empathetic, proactive, and always solution-oriented. While others often redirect residents to website requests, Roberto is the opposite: With just one text message, he responds immediately, and the issue is handled with grace, speed, and genuine care. zero stars, management is rude, disrespectful, and just plain bad at their jobs. All they do is gossip and act like you're an inconvenience when you come in to ask a question. The front gates were constantly not working. Neighbors were just allowed to do whatever they wanted. There were roaches, dog poop, and weed smoking everywhere. Cops were constantly there. There was definitely mold in the building. I have literally nothing positive to say about this place. It's trash. Don't move here.

I’ve been here four and a half years now. It started off great. The biggest issue I have now is that maintenance isn’t prompt. For the past several work orders I’ve put in now, it has taken several days before anyone shows up to address issues I have. The gates don’t seem to work half the time either. The rent we pay here is too much to be so lacking in these two areas. Office staff seems to change frequently here. Must explain how the service and quality of the property overall is so inconsistent.

I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years in a row, so I feel I have a pretty good understanding of its quality. This place is managed by a team that actually cares about its tenants, I think that is the best place to start. The folks at the office are exceptionally responsive. They rarely ever missed a phone call in 3 years. And they always had a positive attitude when I spoke with them. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, very often on the same day. Even more impressive, I never had an emergency request (even at night) take long at all. They would have the issue solved that night. Likely because they stayed well staffed.
