Do yourself a favor and trust Royal Shell with your vacation. We rented a property for two weeks of spring Circuit at WEC, and upon arrival, there were a few issues with the property we had selected. I have a medical condition that requires a service dog, and was also traveling with my two toddlers, and husband. We had a full house that necessitated specific amenities we had selected for. Upon check in, I noticed right away the rental was not up to meeting our needs, and sent Royal Shell a message at 11pm. By 9am the next morning, Michelle reached out, and had us in a more suitable property by 10:30am. She was incredibly empathetic, and apologetic even though it wasn’t Royal Shell at fault for any of the issues we faced. I cannot say enough about how her support made our stay incredible. H
