We've rented our condo through Holly Gregor for many years. She has always worked diligently to ensure our condo is rented as much as possible, throughout the year. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. She and the Royal Shell team go out of their way to relieve all burden's associated with rental and maintenance. All contractors recommended and approved by Royal Shell and Holly have performed as expected, within the time frame indicted, and within price quoted. Holly and her team have always been available to check on our condo, make recommendations on necessary improvements and support the repairs. We are so pleased with Holly and the Royal Shell team.

It has been very unprofessional of our agent Dodona, in not honoring their part of the contract, they have had our listing for 10 months and have not come once to show the property despite asking them several times to be present at the showings which is the most important job the realtor can do when selling the house. Because of this, we have been wanting for her to remove our property from the MLS and terminate the agreement and she refuses to do so.

We are grateful for Dodona and Erneta in our journey of selling our condo of 20+ years and the buying of our first single family home in the estates. These ladies are a power team and do a great job of communicating no matter how early in the morning or late at night! Thank you ladies🙏🏼
