I’m not sure exactly where to begin. The experience I have had with Mrs. Dix has been nothing shy of amazing. She is knowledgeable, punctual, kind and reliable. She has excellent communication skills and answered every question I had ( I had plenty ) and showed me tremendous patience / understanding . I appreciate her transparency through this entire process as well. Mrs. Dix helped me complete all of the required paperwork and worked efficiently to do so . I have been more than comfortable with her as she is extremely personable and genuine. She has assisted me in getting a safe home for my children and I . I’m happy that I was able to work with her . She truly is one of a kind . Thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough

The rudest realtor you can ever have. She finds anyway to scam you out of money if you end your contract early. Surrendering your deposit and notice will not be enough for this woman. The poor owners of the house lacks the awareness that she will be spiteful and not repost the house right away on platforms to get re-rented. You will be obligated to pay for brokerage fees, re-rental fees. As an ex US navy and travel nurse. I have never experienced this level of threats, harassment, and rudeness. As far as the house, the kitchen was the only thing clean, the house was full of spiderwebs and roaches everywhere. She kept making out as if we caused this level of magnitude of roaches in just 1 week. They were crawling across us at night. I will give her that she took care of that. As far as lawn
