Royal Pines

My parents rented at Royal Pines for about 10 years. The property manager Is amazing and is very sympathetic. When my father past we were given plenty of time to move his belongings and a ton of resources for things we needed such as junk removal & moving companies. I loved that Ursula (the property manager) would call my dad to check on him if she hadn’t seen him in passing. They were very understanding and patient during the transition of moving my fathers belongs out. They do an amazing job keeping the property up to date.

Upon touring the Royal Pines apartments my expectations were exceeded. We were greeted by a most congenial staff that made both my fiancee and me feel most welcome. And now moving in we find our unit to be very pristine. We signed a year lease with the management. A few months before our lease expired the new management put notices around the building statung the following: A. The building is under new management B. Water and electric is no longer included in the rent When the new management took over the following amenities stopped without informing the residents: A. Security (overnight) B. The security or front desk held packages Or delivered them to your unit. I must say the building only has cameras inside and not in the parking lot. I came in for a tour and the lady at the front desk was incredible!!! Monica is her name. She was very inviting and informative when I called to inquire about possibly living there. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the unit and common areas was amazing and second to none. Ended up being a bit too pricey for my budget but otherwise 10 stars.

Lived here for four years and loved it ! Great sense of community, apartments are gorgeous and any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently by our onsite property manager Mark.
