This entire community garners my two star rating for a mass of electrical code violations, a lack of a proper depository of their waste products that are hurting the environment! It's time we get some control over the damage with some evaluators and adjust this complex some fines to make them understand the rule of law better! I recently moved in here and the experience and process was awesome. From the beginning to moving day Linnette was so patient and professional she answered all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly.As for the community it is very quiet and clean, I feel safe and very happy I chose to live here.thank you Linnette and everyone operating Royal palms apartments.

The area is nice because everything is close to you, but not the people around you, much less the employees of the apartments, I lived in 2187 and there is a lack of control in the parking, there is not enough parking, in 2185 apt 413 he does his illicit businesses within the property, charging fees to park cars of other people who do not live on the property, monthly he is charging $ 100 dollars per vehicle, everything is known here, and they have privatized about 20 parking spaces. We live on W Oak Ridge Road for over 2 years now. More than one instance has occurred in the past with irresponsible handling of residents maintenance requests. The City of Orlando Code Enforcement has been involved and business had to perform multiple repairs to the property, fire and rehire office management staff to no avail. On Monday, June 3rd, 2024 our apartment’s AC unit stopped working. The maintenance request has been filed around 3 pm same day with no one responding to it, even though business open till 6 pm and when we came to the office around 4.40 pm same day because no one was accommodating proper response via the phone, the maintenance crew was sitting in the shade area by the leasing office on the golf carts, relaxing and using their cellphones.
