Royal Oaks Apartments

It's really a okay place to live it has a lot of convenience shopping areas around eateries some within walking distance and my favorite spot the Dollar Tree behind my apartment

In the process of becoming a resident. The lady in the office is nice. Like the office because it was warm & home like. And not cold and staged like most properties have to lure you in lol. Fingers crossed 🤞 hope I get in!!

For the price, you cant beat it! Staff and owner were always very kind and timely in fixing anything. The only cons(to no fault of the apartments) I would say is the train that is located right behind the complex I stayed in and some wood needs replacing.

I called the office and asked if they had available units, the person on the phone said no and did not know when any would be available, she was short so I didn't want to continue to bother her!

Rude when we called asking for information- waste of time calling
