Scathing Review of Royal Oak HOA and Brenda Mascarenas I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Royal Oak or dealing with Brenda Mascarenas. My experience has been beyond frustrating. Communication is virtually nonexistent—emails go unanswered, and phone calls are ignored. To make matters worse, Brenda fabricated a text message and falsely claimed it came from me. I have never had any text-based communication with her; our only official lines of contact have been through email and phone, which she consistently fails to respond to. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a position of management. Accountability and transparent communication should be the bare minimum—neither of which is being met here. I

Royal Oak is an excellent company to work with. They have integrity and diligently strive to deliver a quality product. I have owned and operated my own company for several decades. Long ago, I decided to only do business with people I trust. Royal Oak has earned that trust.
