Royal Isles Apartments

this apartment had been a series of unfortunate events. the reviews are all very accurate. when i first moved in it took about two months to receive the apartments amenity card with me constantly going in to check. the laundry room if not open needs a code that you only find out when you go into the office to ask beings they do not tell you about a code from the beginning, so if you do laundry after closing hours or on sundays you’re stuck with your dirty clothes. roaches started to come up after about 3 months living there. i’ve been in 3 other rentals in my life, NEVER had a roach issue so i know it’s the complex. i’ve heard they just bomb the place before move in which keeps them away for a little while but it doesn’t last. dead roaches IN the washers in the washing room as well. the ga

I reported inappropriate behavior from a staff member and concerns about a neighbor to management. I was told it was addressed but given no details. Still feel uneasy about safety and disappointed by the lack of transparency. I hope the business takes these issues seriously to protect guests and maintain its reputation. If you are a woman or know a woman who wants to move here, please keep in mind the level of safety here.

Please don't move here. Manager here literally -yelled- me out of her office for calmly approaching her about an issue with the lease. As a grown man, I do not feel safe going to the leasing office, because she was so irate I literally couldn't get a word out. If you're the owner of this place, please look into this. As a person collecting what I'm sure is a pretty generous salary, I just want her held somewhat accountable for treating tenants like animals. She literally said she's "trying to clear the place of people like me" and I'm curious what she may have meant by that in 2023..? People like me? Sounds a bit discriminatory. Don't move here. Lived at this apt for 3 years, you can never get rid of roaches at this place. At least they used to have better management before with nice and welcoming office staffs. Not sure, if they recently changed the management or staffs but they are horrible. I had a maintenance guy who came in my apt to fix the drainage issues, however he stole my chanel perfume. I went to the office to make them aware that this had never happened in my entire stay. The manager who is a middle aged woman was very rude. I explained her that I didn’t go there complaining if i had lost my electronics, money or jewelry. It was just a perfume that got stolen, which still wasn’t acceptable. I told her she could be at least empathetic but she was a very very rude and horrible person. Glad I left this place. be careful

I moved in in November and the move in process was easy! The staff are so friendly, welcoming. and professional. There were a few issues upon move in, but they corrected everything within a week and went above and beyond to correct them. The old dishwasher was not repairable so within a week they replaced it with a new one and I have had no issues since. The complex is very nice and they are upgrading a lot ….all in all it’s a great place and the neighbors are all nice too!
