Royal Gardens Apartments

I lived for many years I'm 62 a Veteran and have been paying my when when I get SSDI. I was told if the check was dated the 3rd and the office wasn't open it would be OK. I have received eviction notices and late fees and they not provide me with their supervisors contact info.

I lived here the first year it opened and enjoyed it. The apartment was beautiful and maintenance was pretty fast to take care of stuff. My only complaint was that I had two different sets of sketchy neighbors. One had visitors at night all the time, they got kicked out after a few months. However, I have no complaints about the apartment and staff. I really enjoyed my time with my kid at these apartments.

Neat, clean and quiet. The resident manager is very sweet! Looking forward to apartment life... no more yard work. Yay!

TERRIBLE! We've lived in our unit for over a year and have had constant noise from the neighbors upstairs. Management will do NOTHING despite it being against complex rules to create such noise. If you complain, THEY WILL RETALIATE AND GIVE YOU A VIOLATION OF YOUR LEASE! Company has heard it, officers have heard it, visitors have heard it, and my whole family lives with it CONSTANTLY, but management refuses to take any action and instead will punish YOU for complaining about it. If you want to pay $900+ a month to have restless nights and high bloid pressure, this is your place! Can't wait to move out of here!

Management is NEVER there! Office hours say 9-5 Mon-Fri answering machine says Mon-Thurs, but I go by multiple times a day and no one is ever there There’s always a sign on the door Closed be back at 2:30. They are extremely non responsive to emails and phone calls and if you are fortunate enough to catch them there, you can’t get a straight answer
