The manager Lorraina is so kind and helpful. She made my move in go very smooth and easy. My 2 bed room 2 bath apartment is super spacious. I love the large windows that allow natural lighting. The price seems fair. I feel right at home. 🏡 Will definitely refer these apartments to friends and family.

I have lived at Royal Gardens for almost 2 years, I love the setting, it is in a residential community, I love the charm of my apartment. The grounds are kept up due to the diligence of the office manager. Because the apartments are a little older, the sound barrier is awesome. I also love the details of the ceiling in the family room, it reminds me of an old southern plantation. I have always received immediate service if I needed it. The office manager always has the residents well being at her forefront, in getting to know other residents, it is apparent that they love living here they have been here often for 5-10 years. I highly recommend this property.

We have lived here since last October, and love being residents here. Lorraina and Alex are both kind, and understanding. I lost my job at one point and we fell behind on bills. The office staff worked with us and really went above and beyond to ensure we had access to all the available resources to keep us in our apartment. I could not be more grateful for their kindness at that very difficult time in our lives. The building is older but I see that as a huge bonus. Buildings were just built better back then. The windows are huge and let in so much natural light. This is my absolute favorite feature of our apartment. My second favorite, is how spacious our 2bed 2 bath apartment is. Relocation can be hard. Especially finding somewhere to call home. While searching for apartments in the Colorado area I came across the Royal Garden Apartment complex. From the start Loraina was genuine and friendly. After viewing the grounds and meeting a Royal Garden associate, Alex I knew for sure this was the place for me. She was patient while answering all my questions. I was nervous about committing but her reassurance and her companion were what really made me know I was in the right place. The apartments are nice. The management is very friendly and keeps everything looking great. I love the closet space. My last apartment hardly had any closets. This place has a lot, including a huge storage room.
