Royal Garden Apartments

The rent hikes are aggressive. Started renting in 2021 at $1700 a month with utilities included, minus electric. Now rent is $2250 WITHOUT utilities, that's now an additional $150 fee every month not including electric. I would be cautious about renewals if you need a place long term. The apartment was decent all things considering, with the location being it's prime selling point. The bus stops at the corner can easily bring you to most major hubs throughout the city. Take note on which building you rent out of, the closer you are to 5th Ave the louder the nights tend to be. Management was reliable besides one point, peeling paint. Around year 2 we had the paint start to peel in the bathroom, we placed several repair requests only to be ignored until I moved out. Nothing was done about

Sue was extremely prompt and provided a great deal of information about Royal Gardens. I loved the place. The renovations that they are doing look beautiful and they have been very helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with the Colebrook management team, especially Sue.
