I’m renting now been here for almost 7months they still did not do the work that’s is needed .. when I call his worker will say I will be out and the never come out. I pay my rent on time every month. $1100 + water well I told them I will not be paying rent this time into the work is done on this house I will that them to court if I have to I moved from NJ to this dump smfh..

Slumlord to the fullest. Doesn't care about his properties or tenants. Just wants to collect the money. And dont want to pay his contractors. So therefore all work that gets done in the house is all half done. Infestations of all types of bugs and rodents in his houses. And crackheads and drunks maintenancing the properties. Just sad and dispicable way of doing business. Do not rent from or work for this guy. He will rip you off.

Don't rent from them!!!!! You will regret it. Things seem good when you first get in and about 30-90 days you will find things are not as they appear. Infestations, plumbing issues, mold, faulty wiring, lack of care, no sense of urgency ( even if you don't have basic needs met), Drug addicts and drunks doing repairs, just no sense of humanity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible landlord doesn't take care of his properties, Don't take care of his tenants even when their never late with his $, Personally never used him but I know people who have and it's all the same!!!!

Slumlord my family is in jeopardy of falling through the floor or the ceiling falling on us days turned into weeks weeks turned into months now years complaining with no resolution to date smfh
