They consistently prioritized tenants over the property owner and only contacted me when a repair was already completed—often without any prior notification. Despite multiple conversations with Vanessa about informing me as soon as a work order was created, this request was repeatedly ignored and the charges would simply appear on my month-end statements. Expect a need for a revolving door of contractors for service at the property you lease. I moved in almost 2 months ago and still don’t have the dignity of being able to do my own laundry when those amenities were advertised. Do not expect to conduct serious business with these unserious people. I can’t even get a contractor out here to run a new drainage pipe for the washer as the contractors they pick are just as flaky as they are communication wise. You can call them as many times as you need (or leave voicemails) but their words means very little when they ensure you the date(s) a contractor will render services. This company is great. We have worked with them for years. Responses are quick. Communication is clear and as a tenant I know if I have any concerns, they will take care of my needs.

I have never EVER, in my 34 years dealt with such an unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful company- in my life. I wouldn’t work with this company again if they were the last property management company on the face of this earth. Let’s start with the fact that after paying rent on time and in full for 7 months, I notified them that I would be a little late on rent due to transitioning jobs and instead of having a little grace- they sent an 8 day notice to pay rent or return possession of the home. This AFTER… They have had to send vendors out to this home 17 times due to several different issues in which were THEIR responsibility to fix. Plumbing, A/C, a leak that caved in an entire bathroom vanity, literal gaps in the window allowing bugs into the home because the sealant was so old
