I’ve really enjoyed living at the property that Rossmoyne manages. The building is always well-maintained, and management does a great job communicating upcoming maintenance or changes through door notices and the resident portal! It honestly really makes things easier. A big shout-out to Arcelia and her team for always being kind, responsive, and professional. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the property. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend Rossmoyne and their team!

I just moved into my second place managed by Rossmoyne. I can't thank Arcelia and her team enough for making the transition as smooth as I could have possibly wished for! I’ve been living in a backhouse managed by Rossmoyne for the past three years, and I’ve never had any issues with the management. Arcella is always prompt in responding to my inquiries, and the handyman Joe and Ernie are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure that everything is done perfectly!

Honestly one of the rudest property companies I’ve EVER come into contact with. I was initially excited and feeling hopeful that this would be a great fit, however after calling to clarify items via their application & submitted said requirements, I was put into a limbo for a month because their employees all expressed something differently to me which made the application end up looking inadequate. Arcelia, although I’m sure she can be kind in other aspects, was constantly belittling me with her condescending language and tone.
