I live in Ohio; my deceased mother's home is in Walnut Creek. I was referred to Lori and Victoria Young, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. They designed two pathways of improvements to make, and had a team of contractors with whom they had developed relationships. All gave written quotes. In addition to the design, they managed the repairs and construction. The work was completed on time AND on budget, and really transformed the home into an exciting, appealing space. They also helped me a great deal with some of the tasks I had that were made difficult by my living in Ohio and my mom's house being in California. These are the first realtors I've used over the four homes I've owned where not only do I feel that they earned their commission, but they actually were more valuable

We visited the Rossmoor Realty a few weeks ago and Tina Parrish took care of us. She was great. Showed us all around Rossmoor, explained how the various things work, and never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. We haven’t made our decision about what we plan to do but we will definitely call Tina when we are ready.

An amazing realty office dedicated to the residents of Rossmoor Walnut Creek. The staff is very helpful and caring and are very willing to assist and answer all your questions. They really take the time to help you understand all your options. The office is very clean and welcoming and you are greeted with a smile every time you walk in.
