Dear Rossbrook Apartment Management, The laundry situation here is honestly unacceptable. Most of the dryers in our laundry room are broken or damaged, and the few that still work have doors that don’t close properly. It’s almost impossible to do laundry. On top of that, the key we have doesn’t even work for the other laundry room in the building, so we can’t use that either. We’re paying rent and being asked to renew our leases, but the basic facilities are not being maintained. It feels very disrespectful to the residents. Management really needs to come, inspect all the machines, repair or replace the broken dryers, and fix the issue with access to the second laundry room as soon as possible. ❗️Update to my review: Several months have passed. Service I received from Gia and Tiffany was wonderful and very helpful. Very professional and made my application process very smooth. They made me feel very comfortable with everything. I had so many questions and they could answer every one. I’m bringing and recommending many to this office, they are great and know what they’re doing.

I lived here for about 5 years and overall had a positive experience. Maintenance was always helpful and timely, the leasing office was helpful when needed and overall the apartment did what it needed to do. The laundry rooms could be better maintained along with the lobby’s of the building but my overall experience here was great. I was in a 1 bedroom ground level so had a nice patio and they updated the windows and sliding glass door a few years. Although you could hear noise from the lobby, I rarely heard any noises throughout the apartment.

I have been staying in a ground level studio on Misty Lynn Circle here for about a year now. I moved in when it was cold out and at first everything seemed fine (minus some spiders). Then as soon as it warmed up outside it was one thing after another. 1st, my unit was clearly not built to be a living space. There’s a water nozzle handle for a hose closed off in the wall of my closet, there’s not a single air vent (minus a small vent fan in the bathroom that constantly needs to be cleaned or it does very little). The carpeting is awful with notable gaps by the baseboards. And the door wasn’t even attached properly when I first got here. I still think it isn’t fully sealed. 2nd, ROACHES. Beware. It was really bad at first in the spring. Called for an exterminator but they suck at communic

So far so good! Moved in over a month ago and don’t have any complaints. Not the best but not the worst. I saw a bug and reported it within 20 min and within 2 weeks pest control came to inspect and followed up again 2 weeks later. Very happy about that and haven’t seen anything else since that day. Wish there were recycling dumpsters i haven’t seen any…
