I enjoy living here, never I hear problems. The only thing i find ominous about the place is that there is a certain kid that walks around the complex and i mean kids will be kids, but why does he stare at you for a good minute. I need to report this but honestly it doesn't bother me at all.
Has roach infestation co poison inside apartments from dryer vents inside apts. Mold clogged gutters disgusting pigeon poop on roof tops gutters poorly maintained by management and "so called " bogus maintanance guy pool gets infested with lice in summer time very poorly kept apartment complex supposed to be for low income but management gouges tenants for their money paying as much as 950 plus a month leaving the tenants on a fixed income to struggle to survive on little to no food or money for utilites terrible management one of the worst places to live in cutler
I live here and personally it's a pretty good place to live there are a lot of activities to do like the gym and the playground for the children ☺️
