Lived in our home for almost a year and we’ve had great experience. Maintenance orders are fulfilled quickly, always get an answer/response phone or email and helpful when needed. Happy tenants!

Gena was phenomenal to work with. We lived in a place managed by her for nearly three years and she was always reliable. She coordinated repairs in a timely and expedited manner. Her maintenance guy and other contractors were always kind, respectful and did great work. She never had issues with making repairs and was always kind when we needed anything. I think any reasonable tenant would be in great company with Rosewood. Any property owner can trust their property with Gena’s expert management. She balanced the role very well. We are sad to leave but grateful for the chance to rent from her.

They never respond, a year ago tried renting from them they never responded, gladly got another house within a day but I really liked the property they had listed! Please have better communication, If it is a yes then yes if no then just let them know they are not approved but communication matters!

We rented from Gena for about a year and a half. In that time we made every payment on time and when issues would arrive the only way to contact her way was through email, phone calls were not answered or responded to. When we moved in there were stains on the carpet and a strong smell of mildew. We always kept the place clean and took good care of it while we were there. When we moved out we were charged obscene fees for cleaning. I’ve lived in 6 different states and rented from numerous agencies and have never been charged fees like this. We are expecting our first child and were hoping to use our $2,000 deposit for our growing family. It makes us sad to know that someone could be so greedy.

The property I rented was great, we only had one small maintenance issue and it was fixed perfectly and timely, communication was great. Upon move out everything was explained in detail, the only thing held was something that was my fault and I own up to that 😁 Would gladly rent again anytime!
