Rosewood Commons

I moved into an apartment at Rosewood Commons, and the staff are truly wonderful, ready to answer all your questions with great respect. I can tell you that the complex is magnificent. Everything is brand new. And it's so quiet. I highly recommend living there.

Ive been here for 5 years now and they've always been good to me. Management and maintenance always get things taken care of quickly and I feel safe in my neighborhood. It's also right down the road from Meijer and Walmart.

I’ve been trying to resolve an ongoing issue with this business, and unfortunately, the staff member (Cheryl Acup - Senior Property Manager, Rosewood Commons) assisting me has been unhelpful. Instead of offering solutions or guidance, she has been dismissive and unprofessional in her communication. I made genuine efforts to work through the problem, but the lack of support made the process frustrating. I hope management addresses this, as better customer service would greatly improve the experience. Would give no starts if i could!

My friend moved into the Rosewood Commons apartment. and let me tell you that the apartment he moved in is beautiful. That apartment is brand new. no carpet in the living room, that's a plus. only in the bedroom. I normally go at night, and it's so quiet, I think I might apply and get one just like his apartment.

Been here going on 8 years.Its a cool and quiet place until some residents move in other people and they don't have respect for the residents that's been staying here.They need to solve that problem cause it's a problem right now
