Rosewood Apartments

I have lived here Since August 25. I am very happy with the property and management All work orders and complaints have been taken care of timely and without much disruption The property is well maintained and quiet for the most part. All of my interactions with Nichol the manager have been great I recommend this location

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have had so much trouble with this place it's ridiculous down to the manager getting involved with all tenants personal business and taking it upon herself to let herself into my apartment without prior notice and no emergency situation to remove a fan from inside the unit. She also got involved in personal business and took it upon herself to change the locks while tenant and I were in the hospital and allowing someone unauthorized to stay in the apartment unbelievable. I am most disgusted with this place I would never recommend anyone to live here unless your a high school drama queen/king and you do drugs of any kind and you like your business talked about through the whole apartment complex. The owner Grorge is very disrespectful and rude

its okay, ive had no real issues since i lived here, its pretty quiet, and the managment fixes stuff pretty quick when we let them know about it, my only real issue is the only ISP you can really get out here is consolidated and it sucks so bad.

Haven't been inside but looks nice on the outside and looks like the residents have lived a long time! Residents outside seemed content
