From the moment we started working with the Falveys and this landlord, our experience has been terrific! Chris was great to deal with as we negotiated terms of the lease and the fit up. They were very fair to deal with, honest and eager to make sure that our needs were met. Matt was phenomenal during our fit up process. His commitment to make sure the space was fit up to meet our standards was impressive. Equally so was his ability to keep us informed of timelines, schedules and supply issues. We were moved in right on schedule and there wasn't a hiccup that affected my business. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone.

I currently live here now and after four years of no issues and no late payments, I am being told my lease isn’t being renewed with no reasoning at all. I’m assuming it’s because I brought to their attention in the winter time about how bad the maintenance is doing with the ice issue, Just like another review, I just read with some other tenant. just like the other tenant, they blew me off, said that they were doing the best they could and if I wasn’t happy here, they would just break my lease instead of trying to fix the issue. They just wanted me out and now they’re pushing me out. I have videos of my neighbors struggling to get to their door. My daughter fell and they could care less. Over two years ago I wrote a review of how bad this place is on their Woodland website. I stated I would give them a zero than if I could and my opinion hasn't changed , if anything it is even worst than before. They still are letting the place fall apart , first they limited the hours tenants could use the filialities such as the pool because they stated they couldn't find anyone to hire , yet they didn't give anyone a discount on their rent while they were saving money. Parking lots were iced over all winter . They do a terrible job maintaining the place . The wood around the garages are rotting out. siding along the side the roof has falling off years ago and they still won't fix it. Awful experience, the worst management at least where I live. We have had a frozen drive way for couple of days making the access to the property slippery and unsafe, I was told they were dealing with other things more important. Where I live is a historic building and it is a shame to see the lack or maintenance and care. This is an update about my review, I called twice and left a message and nobody answered or communicated back. The driveway is still frozen, this is a liability issue!

I rented at Shaker Run and the experience was terrible. Rossetti is cheap, they don’t fix anything until it is broken, and only want your money!!! I had over 30 maintenance calls and also started to get sick and found mold in the window sills. I regret that I ever rented from these slum lords!!!! I recently moved and can breathe and feel much better
