We worked with Reid for about two and a half years all in as we had no idea where we wanted to move to necessarily. Through numerous conversations, home showings and leaning into his network of contacts, he helped us focus our search and eventually find the area we wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately inventories were very low, rates were climbing and we didn't see much that interested us in the school districts we were considering.
