Rosemore Gardens Apartments

I agree with the reviews. This place is very homey and well kept and clean. Bathrooms are outdated and the whole apartment is carpet which aren’t my preferred. There was water damage under the kitchen sink when I toured. However, there is plenty of parking, the upkeep of the place is great. Laundry is shared. Neighborhood has plenty good restaurants. I did see a review concerning about pest, however I did not chose to live here. I briefly considered this apartment. It’s a little on the smaller side but Scully Management does a good job with upkeep.

Great place, nice neighborhood, good apartments. Management is responsive and nice, always trying to solve your problem, maybe not fast, but they definitely will. I lived in two different apartments and both time had great experience. Special thanks to Egypt, she is the best!

Living at Rosemore Gardens has been a fantastic experience! The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained — it really feels like home. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and everything works as it should. What truly sets Rosemore Gardens apart is the amazing staff. Shannon, Zaahir, and Francesca are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a quick question, they respond quickly and take care of things efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with convenient access to nearby stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Parking is easy, and the landscaping around the complex makes it feel calm and welcoming. I’m really happy to call Rosemore Gardens home,

As an resident since May of this year, I'm overly impressed with care and treatment i get from the management and the maintenance. I wanted to thank the maintenance for all the hard work they done so far, especially with clearing the sidewalks during the recent snowstorms, also i want to applaud Deshawn and Chris for their work in ensuring that my door lock got fixed as i got locked out unintentionally. Thank you!!!

I just moved in and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! From the very beginning, the staff Shannon , Franchesca and Zaahir head of maintenance been so welcoming and attentive. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they’ve made the whole move-in process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s such a relief to know that if I ever need help, I can count on their outstanding customer service. I already feel right at home here and truly appreciate how supportive and friendly the team is. Highly recommend!
