This property was great when I first moved in, but it deteriorated over time. The parking areas were full of people working on mechanics, cars were being dismantled, and people were smoking marijuana everywhere. The pool was always closed during holidays, and packages were being stolen. The management was terrible and completely inattentive; all they cared about was the rent. They implemented monthly parking fees, but it was the least effective measure; otherwise, your car would get towed. Homeless people slept in the common areas and bathed in the shared bathrooms. It became a disaster. Even cars were stolen from inside the property, and the management took no responsibility. And yet, they kept raising the rent. I’ve lived here for 6 years and in that time frame, my rent started out at $1600 and is now it’s 2250 The apartment complex has had three different names in the last six years and it’s been over two years and they still haven’t updated the name /marquee and welcome signs in the front I’ve watched it rain in my living room a few times ! My roof has wet patches that look like pee stains in the sky .. the ceeling literally cracks from the water and falls to the floor and there’s mold in the bathroom and floors from the leaking water .I brought this up and showed images to whoever was in charge at the moment and nothing was done! Had a great tour of the property with the team. Monica showed me around the tour was thorough and helpful. Jennifer and Neysha were knowledgeable, took time to explain the layout and features in detail, and answered all my questions without rushing. The place felt well-maintained and exactly as described. I was a guest and registered my vehicle in the portal exactly as required by their policy. Despite following all the rules, my car was still towed. When I tried to discuss the issue, they didn’t take responsibility and instead tried to find every possible loophole to justify the tow. It honestly felt like a scam rather than a genuine mistake. Extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this place if you value your time and money.
