We purchased our home 12/18. Our home has 2151 sq. ft and we paid $135.19 p/sq. ft. The price included gutters, hard wood floors( not laminate), blinds, JennAir refrigerator, 10’ ceilings, 8’ doors throughout home, and a 10 yr warranty. We are thankful we purchased a James Prince home, because we would not have purchased from any other builder in Rosemont. When we bought the home, the HOA dues were $100 per year, which was one of the main reason we bought in Rosemont. Now the declarant/president of HOA, proposes to increase the HOA dues by over 300% in 2020. How much more will he want in 2021?
