If you have not heard about The Rosemont at Pemberton Hill, we'll let me tell you about a month ago my family came and applied and just could not believe the warmth of the atmosphere you could not tell that was the leasing office. You walk in the door you are greeted, leaving you are acknowledged, and to top it off you are given refreshments and doing your paperwork you child or children can play a game to keep from getting on your nerves. The assist mgr, mgr,and the secretary enter act with the kids and all the residents walking in and out calling each one sir or ma'am. The things that they do you can tell they are not here just for a check it a passion.

The worst ever SORRY staff liers never fix nothing everything is rigged in the apartment never can get them to do aneything but steal your money disrespectful unprofessional dontghetto dont let the voice on the phone fool you they hav no class one man to take cear of all of the work orders they lie they just as sorry as the sound who louse money orders and how does other people name end up on them hummmmm!sounds like faud! Cant no longer pay your rent bye moneyorde aney more have to give them your account number or send money gram i had to live threw broken wendows peeping in my windows fighting with my kids month one only to find out my kids cant play wear i stay cause i dident have them at thier park or on my porch! Then i found out the management was lousy they try to talk to you aney

Typical complex in dallas all about money constant increase in prices with no change in services... moved me in a unit already infested with living and dead roaches took 2 weeks to fix anything i inquired about yet had the nerve to read me a long list of rules charges and fees.. and lets not even mention the extended deposit i had to pay not for bad rental history but due to lack of credit. As if these apts are near high end enough to base anything off of some ones credit. truely deserves zero stars

. I've been living here for 8years now and I can say the apartments are at their worst ! Benni one of the new people from the office has the most sarcastic and ghettoest way to speak to you. I told him about some mold that was building up on the ceiling of the restroom and he had the decency to say use some Bleach and Water and "wuala" its clean..the other dude with the braids got told to take a payment from me by the manager and I guess they've been doing the payments online which I didn't know about but obviously they can make an exception if the manager told him to take it ... this guy said "uh uh I ain't taking that" with his stank face .. HOW UNSANITARY/UNHEALTHY IS THAT! How rude and unprofessional is that?! Is there any way for me to report this to the city ?! The apartments look t
