As a resident of three years. I am dealing with an overnight emergency. I’ve left three emergency messages and no response. Poor management and no emergency maintenance on duty. I strongly advise not to move here.i’ve been calling their emergency maintenance and to get hung up on

I stopped by the community and had the pleasure of working with Briana. She was extremely helpful and professional. She was able to provide me with all the information I needed while still being tentative to an office full of residents. I visit many apartment complex’s because I am a vendor and also a member of the San Antonio Apartment Association Next Gen Committee. Her customer service is TOP Notch. Thanks Briana!

April is very helpful she has always been very patient and fast to fix any items in my apartment. She is always cheerful and knows exactly what it takes to help any tenants her work ethic is beautiful. She is very over looked and should be a manager.

Need help finding the right information you need to rent the right apartment for you in Rosemont? Well,FORGET IT. Apparently it seems that the office lady has more important matters than attending her possible future clients. Loved how she was in a rush to rush me out. I didn't even last in the chair for a 1mn before i was out.... If they treat me this way at day1 just for asking information on programs just imagine how they'll treat me if I become their tenant? NO THANKS!
