My goal is straightforward: save you from making the same expensive mistake I did. I moved in at the end of September 2025. I’ve stayed at the Rosemont for about 4 months now and I can’t honestly say I love it here. My experience getting into the apartments was so smooth and simple I didn’t have to worry about anything. Courtney was an amazing help with that process! My apartment is wonderfully sized and priced and I absolutely LOVE my appliances, especially my Gas Stove. I would also like to shout out Marley who took over for Courtney in the leasing office as she has been an exceptional help in my stay as well. Extremely pleasant to work with and is always going the extra mile to help assist when needed. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to many options for food, activities, and entertainment. Maintenance is always on it, shout to Yemina and Kerem. Any issue is addressed by them asap. I’ve enjoyed my stay

I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. I had to move out of my old suddenly. The staff was super amazing and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my experience smooth and effortless even with my time restrictions. I walked the property on Friday, signed my lease on Saturday and moved in on Sunday. My questions have been answered quickly, the maintenance team has been great responding to my requests. All staff have been so polite and thoughtful! I have had a great experience and couldn't be happier!

This review is just for the people managing the complex and the maintenance team. They’ve been absolute gems to work with. They’ve had my back throughout the process. I want to give a huge shoutout to Courtney, Lisa and Kareem. Courtney and Lisa were fantastic in helping me with my application and getting moved in by assisting me in manners I needed help with. Kareem has been communicative while helping me with all the nitty gritty in a fast and professional manner. Most of my work order gets taken care of in 24-48 hours. He even goes beyond to reach out and keep me update incase there are some delays due to contractors.

Marley was absolutely amazing during the tour with my friend at Rosemont at East Cobb! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. She answered all our questions and really took her time showing us around. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place. Thank you, Marley! 😊
