Roselea Manor

I must say from my initial visit all the way through the day of my lease signing I’ve had the best experience. The property manager Denisse has been nothing short of informative and communicative, she is absolutely committed to making resident experiences meaningful especially with all of life struggles and surprises she has made this a very welcoming and supportive experience for myself. I am so excited to be officially a new resident and honored to have all of my request granted respectfully. I’ll give another update in a few months lol.

Ms Denise is amazing and very transparent with communication of what's happening round the property I have no complaints maintenance is always out and about doing something I'll be here for awhile

To begin with, there were cockroaches but before 2022 there was a manager who was a bad person, security and problems such as the air did not work, I went to tell them to fix it but the manager only made false promises and never fixed anything. But the new manager is friendly if you talk to him friendly and they are doing better things. I have been living here since 2019. There is a pool, a park for children/dogs and there is laundry, I love the kitchen it has a beautiful design but the color that they have in the rooms and living room is not so nice but I love the rest!

Staff is friendly and helpful!! Most all units renovated. Nice landscaping, Definitely recommend.

New management started to improve the community. New parking and they are working on the pool. Pool is now open.
