Jimmy and his team worked tirelessly to get it done on time, and were very attentive to my lack of education on the topic. I ask for a loan assumption to Special Documents Dept due to a Divorce. I submitted all papers by October 2025. By February 2026 still didn't processed my file and not even underwriter did a preview of my file. By their policy is from 90 to 120 days. My 120 days was due and never even check my file. I ended in court for not complying with the MSA thanks to Rosegate irresponsible Special Docs team. Not even showing and begging to speed up they help me. Mrs K.T and others are horrible responding. After 4 months waiting a senior Rep sent an email stating that now the file would be in line to be pre-review, after 120 days waiting. I ended refinancing with another lender and start with a higher interest rate and mortgage time. Thanks to Rosegate irresponsable team. 0 stars would be fair
