Rosebrook Apartments

If you want a good safe apartment for a good price ran by people who care, this is the place for you. I would park my work truck here and never had any worries that any of my equipment would come up missing. Big props to Amber and Tony for being fantastic human beings!

The best place in town by far. Very nice well kept apartments. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is always on top of any issue I have. As a single female, I feel very safe here. The gate is a big added bonus.

Visited to my family, office lady was very rude and very unprofessional. And lots of homeless people around it’s not safe place to live.

Great first apartment experience. very helpful. If you are here for BOLC it is a nice spot near a lot of chains many BOLC students go to (Chick-Fil-a, Jimmy's egg), and the drive is not bad with the Sheridan gate reopening. Only downside is that the internet isn't great. Still works but can't online game on it.
