RoseAnn Apartments

Upon three inspections and visits, the apartment never smelled like smoke. All three times the windows were open and if anything, it smelled like febreeze. After one day of having the windows closed, it smelled horribly like smoke the first day I got home from work. It did not go away and if anything got worse, as did the small cockroaches which weren’t present upon inspecting. The landlord was nice and decent enough to give my deposit back and we ended the lease mutually a few days in. For a place that was supposed to be smoke and pest free, this was far from it.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here! From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations. The management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean upon move-in and was just what I was looking for. The location is incredibly convenient—close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and public transit, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend RoseAnn Apartments to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a community that feels like home.

*Regarding the previous comment about roaches and an 'infestation,' I find it hard to believe as I've never encountered such issues here. It seems like this may be more of a personal hygiene issue that wasn’t properly managed. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and have never had a problem with pests.* I had the pleasure of living here while completing my grad program, and I can confidently say you’re getting a great deal for the rent. The location is prime! Trader Joe's is just 7 minutes away, and if you have a furry companion, Liberty Park is only 3 minutes from your door. Need to hit the books?
