I rent a home from this company. They are the most upstanding business property management company I've ever dealt with. If I have any maintenance issues they react to it very quickly. I've dealt with other property management companies before and I've never had an experience like I've had with this company. The communicate well with me and never had any issues. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a place to stay in the central Texas Killeen area very honest and trustworthy.

I could write a book about this so called company. It's funny how they keep changing their name. When I rented a property form them it was call Holdfast rentals . Now it's Rose Harbor before Holdfast it was something else with in 3 years the name keeps changing makes you wonder. RED FLAG. I rented in 2019 to 2020 and it was nothing be problems after problems. The roof never got fixed. They always had to talk to some one else to get an answer but was never an answer. Just stay clear of them .

One of the worst property management company. Biggest scam artist around. During the pandemic they tried to double dip and collect rent from people and took out pandemic relief loans to pay for the properties.

Known previously as hold fast rentals. They are not BBB accredited and are scammers. They will keep your deposit and suck at communication. Run run run!
