Rosalind Villas

My mum has been living here for about 20 years. We have seen the office staff come and go. My mum loves it here. Sometimes the elevator does not work but as soon as anything is reported to the office, someone investigates. Mother Donna interacts with the staff and has only pleasant things to say. The place is kept clean and the security is good. Rules are made about letting outsiders in and sometimes the rules are broken by the residents but mostly they look out for each other. I wld recommend Rosalind Villas to anyone needing a nice lace to live 😃🙏

I love were I live as a tenant at Rosalind Villa, I enjoy my home and the amenities here. I recently had back surgery, the Taylor Care Rehab Facility was clean with no smells and great employees.. I told "the employees their facility remind me of my home at Rosalind Villa." The reason I love where I live is because of the employees. The office with Lola and Mary works on their best plans for you in a getting your needs or a home. Maintenance employee are great, Mrs Lulu is the greatest in keep this building smelling and looking great and Ross also very efficient in his repairs. The four are an awesome team. " I love walking in the building and elevator, only to smell the cleans which I missed while away."

My elder parents moved into Rosalind Villas this winter during the COVID-19 pandemic after their independent quality of life at home diminished from the impacts of isolation on their social, mental, and physical health activities. We didn’t have a lot of time to find a place that would work out well for both of them (Mom has early memory issues, Dad has mobility issues), but when we found Rosalind Villas we knew we had found the place place. We are so forever thankful and grateful!! The staff has been nothing short of amazing!! They’ve made this difficult transition (for my parents and I) comfortable during this unprecedented time in history. My experiences here has been wonderful. I've been a resident for quite sometime now. The maintenance team is very much appreciated. Whenever repairs are needed I always get attended to right away. Even on weekends. I love the way the building always has a fresh scent. Thank you staff for your great upkeep of the building.

My Mother has been living here for more than 10 years. In the early year's the management was always friendly, welcoming, available and informative. Recently with the new management, the office door is always closed with the blinds shut all the time everyday. The management personnel are rarely available to family members and have strict rules about tenants visits to the office. These seniors are our families and should be treated more respectful than they are by this new management. They do a pretty good job of keeping the property clean and reasonably maintained. Cleaning up their management behavior would be a benefit. In response to management's response. My concerns predates the pandemic and the protocol subsequently taken. That's understood. Closing the blinds for privacy is not c
