Rosa Vista Apartments

This is a horrible apartment complex. I called the leasing office to speak with the manager. The person the answered hung up on me, after I asked to speak with a manager. I called right back and he sent the call to voicemail. They make you write out work orders on a piece of paper. Do not waste your money here. The apartment has mold and critters.

I've been living here for 4 years and it's not that bad. Tow truck company sucks ass if you don't have a visitors parking for your visitors. I seen some reviews here. Idk what that man was talking about raising the rent every month that's not true. They raise it very little after your lease is up and if you sign a contract w another lease. Like any other place. But it's calm place. No one messes with you.

Loved living there, the only bad thing is that a family member was robbed at gunpoint in those apartments. Just be careful. Overall, it is a good place to live in. Rent was about 500$ for one bedroom. So, rent was a little pricey.

I been here a year have not gotten a stove that works yet now they are charging me a hundred dollar for not paying my insurance rental fee but they give me a warning letter to pay it but not a warning tp pay my rental insurance i told them i were im the hospital having heart surgery then the next to day i went to jail but they want they rent on time but i have not had a stove to work since i berm here

Great place to live. Very quiet, good neighbors, pets allowed, onsite laundry, playground.
