I’ve made repeated requests over the past several months to transfer to a different unit due to an ongoing ceiling leak in my apartment. This issue poses not only a major inconvenience but also a potential health and safety risk. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with AHRA Realty, I received no meaningful response — no updates, no timelines, and no options — even after I discovered a vacant unit listed publicly online. To make matters worse, I recently learned that the company is now operating under the name Rooted STL, yet there was no formal communication or confirmation to tenants about this transition. Not only did I have a horrible experience with management and neighbors. But because I wrote a review about my experience, Christina the manager decided to out an eviction on my record. I was never given any paperwork or was even notified about it. Something seems illegal about that. This doesn’t seem fair or right.

I been with Rooted management for almost three years and I enjoyed every year of it with my family! They care about there tenants and take good care of they properties!! Very professional as well I was very satisfied and happy when I first moved in.

They are awesome people to work with I love my apartment they have nice clean beautiful properties and my church is across the street from home

They are Crooks and The Manager Has been sued and fired from her last job with another Management Company.
