Root Property Group

We have lived in our Root Realty residence since November 2023. It took us a year of searching to find this property and company but so glad we did! The apartment is amazing, clean, quiet, great amenities, beautiful yard for my kids to play in and the company is amazing to work with. Great communication from when we first applied to when we got the apartment. They have an app for all maintenance requests (my last realty company did not have this) and to pay rent which I appreciate so much. They are quick with replying to all requests. Just an overall great and friendly realty company to work with. So glad to be a resident of a Root Realty property!

Please beware of what seemingly appears to be a “better” option of a property management company and take your rent money elsewhere. Refusing to fix an ongoing and worsening floor problem is not only a safety hazard but goes against Chicago’s RLTO requiring landlords to repair major defects.

I’ve lived at a Root Realty property for the past 5 years, and can’t say enough good things about the company and the people. They are extremely responsive and they care about their residents. Whether big or small issues come up, they always find a solution, and they listen to requests and concerns with a on open mind. (Everything from asking for new recycling bins, to motion sensor lights, to pet accommodation requests, etc) I highly recommend considering Root Realty if you are looking for a great landlord.

Have lived in my apartment for almost two years and only have good things to say about Root Realty. They are super quick and responsive with anything that comes up (maintenance requests, general tenant help etc) and Kim was very helpful! I have never had any issues! Would definitely recommend
